I am very happy to have gone through the process designed by Atul. It is not a readymade solution that will immediately fix your particular issue but rather you get a solid framework to handle any kind of issues you might face. The approach is very empathetic and helped me to get introduced to myself again. It reminded me of the zeal I had back in my teens to conquer the world.
